On May 9, 2019, in Thessaloniki, NextFood (Horizon 2020) organized a workshop at the Alexander Educational Technological Institute of Thessaloniki for reflecting and planning the Greek NextFood-case. University students, teachers, and advisors gathered to reflect on the first cycle of the Greek NextFood-case.
During the workshop, ideas and opinions were generated on the appropriate shifts that the university must perform in order to include action learning in its main teaching techniques.
