The NMBU case is celebrating the success of the mentor program. This fall we have piloted a peer-mentoring program where second-year students have been assigned a group of first-year students and assisted them in dealing with the challenges of doing action learning. The mentors provided invaluable support to the learning community by providing both professional and social support.
